We all have one time or another tried a diet, exercise or weight loss plan. In my thirties, I was the most “fit” i’ll probably ever be in my lifetime. After falling off the fitness wagon, and having a baby, I weighed 225, and was at rock bottom with pain and health problems.
With my prior experience and education (Bachelors in Sports Science with a Concentration in Exercise Science) I’m doing this again. I’m documenting it and calling it FitNDis. In other words, where do we all FitNDis? What’s the best way for you to get to the best you!
