Weight Loss Journey-Incredible Transformation in 5 Weeks

I’m happy to report that I have had what I think to be major success with E2M’s program. I haven’t been perfect, but close to it. I plan on continuing with them to lose the rest of the weight I have to achieve my fitness goals.

What I’ve Learned

I’ve definitely learned a great deal. One of the most important things I have come to understand is that I’m not in my twenties anymore. Although I say this with great humility, being 42 years old and having a new born is just very different from when I had my two other children when I was in my twenties. With that being said, I’m still killing it on my Peloton and managing to get through my workouts and housework.

Physical Improvements

After I had my baby, I could barely walk from the bed to the bathroom. I was seriously overweight, overwhelmed and overtired. The 3 O’s! It’s amazing what little time your body regains it strength. I can now bike 15 or more miles. Do housework all day without pain, get up off the floor without assistance-which was a HUGE issue for me 5 weeks ago and more importantly, carry my baby around with ease.

Future Wishes and Endeavors

With my current weight loss, my goal weight is 150. I’m getting really excited about my future body and feel that this program is very maintainable. I’m so happy to have been referred to them through a friend. Even with my physical limitations, which I do have a hip, back and knee problem, I hope one day to be able to at least jog without being in pain. Right now I can only walk short distances and maintain cardio on my Peloton. Let me know about your fitness goals!
